While some of the highest rated bands on BEA such as Radiohead and Pink Floyd have a certain style that's easy to dislike, I rarely hear negative opinions about The Beatles. So simple question: if you were to rank your favorite music artists, where would The Beatles appear?

I think top 50 is fair.

I don't really know, because-despite the fact that I am part of a site that prides itself on ranking-I don't really rank bands. But, I bet they'd end up in the top 100. So many good albums, compared to most other bands

Boom.

They'd probably wind up in my 20-30 range.

Top 50. Their rank on my greatest bands list has lowered somewhat since, say, I joined BEA, but I still love them and they did make some masterpieces (The Beatles, Magical Mystery Tour, Revolver). Most likely, they'd be somewhere between 10 and 20.

I'd say top 5. Some wonderful records (that includes SPs), and they changed pop music. Definitely one of the best and most important pop/rock bands ever, therefore yeah, top 5.
