Apologies for the seeming lack of activity over the past two or three months. Things *are* happening in the background. The servers have now been upgraded which should allow the site to cope with the increase in traffic that BEA gets during the final third of each year, and will also allow the site to scale into 2013. Apologies for the downtime while the servers were upgraded.

The next item on the roadmap will be 'fun charts'. Fun charts will allow you to add any type of album chart of up to 100 entries, but unlike the other types of chart, these charts will not count towards the overall rankings.

Favourite albums
Albums are no longer automatically included in your favourites if they appear in your charts (they now need to be explicity added). http://www.besteveralbums.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=3763

Collection composition
You can now filter and see a breakdown of the albums in your collection, listened and favourites by year, decade, band and nationality.

Moderation system
The moderation system has been updated so that items can only be edited by one person at a time. After an item is saved, or when 15 minutes have elapsed (whichever is sooner), the item will become available for editing by other people. http://www.besteveralbums.com/phpBB2/viewtopic.php?t=4228
