My method is...

EX. ALBUM
UK CHARTS ARCHIVES = SQUARE ROOT OF = 100X WEEKS IN CHART / HIGHEST POSITION ADD 1000XWEEKS IN FIRST POSITION
ADD
SQAURE ROOT OF 10000/ US CHARTS HIGHEST POSITION

EXAMPLE- IMAGINE

UK CHARTS ARCHIVES = SQUARE ROOT OF (99/1X100 ADD 2000 ) = 9900 ADD 2000 = 11900 = 109.09
ADD
SQUARE ROOT OF 10000/1 = 10000 = 100

IMAGINE RESULT = 209.09

I WILL POST SOME EXAMPLES...
