Yeah Hayden asked before and I think my answer was that in the UK we don't generally use closer in the sense of something coming to an end, so I'd have thought closer as in 'nearer to', how the word is normally used here. I never even wondered about it until it was asked on here. _________________ Shut up mate you're boring!

Did they know it would be their final album? If so, it would be a pretty cool name.
Unless Ian Curtis was already planning his suicide (which I doubt), there's no way they would've known it would be there last album. I agree, though, that would've been an awesome last album name.
