Some times when I look at a chart there is an option to listen to a sample of the music and other times there isn't. Is there any reason as to why sometimes I can listen to samples and other times I cant?

Probably something to do with whether you're logged in or not. If you are, it won't appear.

that's true, and also some samples are simply not available on Amazon (which is where the samples come from)
