As of today, these two songs (^^) are probably also my favourite two songs (OAT)

But there's more. Banshee Beat, Bees, Loch Raven, three more slow-paced, calmer and atmospheric tracks (with some amazing lyrics on Banshee Beat, I have to say), and another burst of energy on Grass, and you have to mention the amazing opener as well...

Yeah, this is one of my faves.

Animal collective has many worse albums. Purple bottle was my first introduction to this lovely, killer-clown music. MPP is their best album though. "My Girls" is their most romantic song and my favorite.

They're a band I like but don't love. I often find I'll put them on to listen to, enjoy a few songs and then switch album, apropos of very little. This album's good and I can see why people love it; I just don't (for reasons that aren't entirely clear even to myself).
