Has it already been suggested that we can do a best of songs chart with our custom chart? We already have data towards best songs, etc. I am assuming it can be done, but I then again , I don't manage the site .

has been mentioned before, but this is an album site and songs charts are not planned at the moment. it's quite a big change to introduce this, and unless I worked full time on the site, I wouldn't be able to do this in the near future.

Just out of curiosity, and maybe to better respect the work you do, what would need to happen for users to make a list like the one above? Is it just too much data/busy tedious work?

The items in the 2013 roadmap are those currently planned for this year, and song charts are a much bigger change than anything else on that list. It would take several months to add that type of functionality to the site and it's outside the scope of BEA's current site concept. This has been asked for before, but it's simply not possible to deliver it in the near future with the amount of time I currently have available for BEA.

Just a suggestion, Seth. You can make a custom chart in which you put the albums that have your favorite songs on them and then just say which song it is in the notes section.
