I did add one category not mentioned before. Can I just request that you write all nominees as "Song/Album Name" - (or whatever punctuation you prefer here) "Artist Name". Tanks.
You have until approximately the 4th of January. So take your time, I'd rather people listened to as much as they could before voting rather than rush these in.
I am 99% sure you can do little bits and then come back to them before you submit. Also post-submission you can make ONE request for change(s) either via pm or via this thread. So be careful and certain.
Over the next week there should hopefully be eligibility lists posted to this thread.

I get a partially finished form but you should still be able to go back and make changes up until when you press submit at the end.
