I was looking at some album reviews on the site . There are 3 albums suggested for each album . But sometimes the suggestions aren't ... that much helpful if you know what i mean !

I was thinking how good it was if there was a box or somewhere for each album where anyone could add an album name which he/she thinks is similar to that album or "if you like this album , then you'll probably like this one too !"

I know ... There may be some trolls ! but anyway I think this makes the users discover more albums and this will make the overall chart become closer to the reality .

Yes that would be nice.

In the meantime we can always do it in the comment box but yes, having a dedicated box would improve the value of such recommendations.

I like that. Plus the more users having suggested the same album, the higher that album will appear on the list of suggestions

The has been discussed before. The big issue with suggestions at the moment is that they don't take into account genres or anything, but once these are added to the site the suggestions should be a lot more intelligent. Personally, I'd like to keep this feature as automated as possible because it reduces the amount of admin on the site, so let's see how genres improve the suggestions; and if they still don't work well, then we can consider using members to provide these.
