Elephant is a fantastic record in my opinion, but I rate it behind De Stijl.

And Guitar Romantic is a fabulous pop/power punk album! It's so sad that they passed away in a car accident shortly after it came out. They had a bright future.

Elephant is alright, but

Guitar Romantic is probably one of the greatest pop punk, power pop, or whatever you wanna call it releases. Within its genre, it shines, and I think it's a great album in general. Nice choice.

Elephant is one of those albums I can respect as long as you don't make me listen to it. Not to say there isn't good stuff on it. "Seven Nation Army" is a favorite of mine, as well as "You've Got Her in Your Pocket" and a couple of others, but the album as a whole bores me to death.

Thanks. Yeah, I agree. They were so good so fast. We should not forget this record! Highly recommended to anyone who hasn't heard it.
