- Post subject: What would BEA users do: if they were bitten by a snake?

The purpose of this thread is to ask BEA a question which requires a bit more thought than "insert album vs insert album" as well as to act as a creative exercise. Inevitably somebody with more knowledge than most will come along and we could all learn something new. While we could copy paste or read about the topic at hand on wikipedia or somewhere else, it is much more likely information will stick if you learned about it on a BEA thread. You want to be on BEA after all! 🤣 Hey, reading this topic might even save you from great danger one day! 😲
But let us begin. It is a hypothetical situation and you can fill in the other details yourself.
You have just been bitten by a snake. What would you do next?

Yeah, it very much depends on what kind of snake. The poisonous one around here is relatively harmless for adults, as long as you get some medical help within a few hours. So, I would just call the hospital, I suppose, and take it from there.

It helps if you tourniquet the part bitten or suck the venom out, then call 911.
