Which of these are the best rarities/b-sides album?
Can these compilation be considered an album.Should these "albums" be ignored when making charts because they are not a proper release even though they contain tracks that are not found on any other album of the respective artists?

Past Masters is not B sides and rarities. It's a set of two albums that were created to house the songs that were on American albums but not on British albums, and also singles (some were definitely A sides). _________________ I'm leaning on the threshold

But there are some b-sides present on the album right.Anyway its common that these types of albums include singles as their purpose is to make available on a single release all the tracks that were not included on their studio albums.

Oasis - The Masterplan
Better than all their albums except Definately Maybe
Turns into Stone also a great shout, and The Charlatans - Songs From The Other Side.

The Smashing Pumpkins - Pisces Iscariot
I like this album as much as I like any of their albums.
Some B-side stuff is just that, stuff that isn't that good, but this album is awesome. I especially like their cover of Girl Named Sandoz.
Favorite tracks:
All but 6, 7, and 9...
6. "Pissant" (B-side of "Cherub Rock")
7. "Hello Kitty Kat"" (B-side of "Today")
9. "Landslide" (Fleetwood Mac cover, B-side of "Disarm")
They are ok, but the rest are awesome.

Hullabaloo (disc one) by Muse.
And no, they should not feature on charts.
