Formerly my #1, currently in my top 5, one of the most personal albums for me, although I really don't know what I could write that would do it justice. Oh Comely is probably my favorite song of all time though, top 5 at least. I got to see Jeff Mangum preform most of it last year, that still stands as one of the best shows I've ever been too, seeing this one man fill a whole room with just a guitar and voice, really exemplifies the passion and love that went into making this

It's interesting that the greatest album of the past 20 years started one of the worst subgenres of the past 20 years.

A fantastic album that I sadly haven't really been able to get into (except for "Oh Comely"; that's my jam). I'll probably give this a spin after I get off work today.

Eternally a favorite album. For every Decemberists or Microphones, there is a Neutral Milk Hotel to remind us all that the music revolution of a folky decade had to begin somewhere. I love it more upon each listen. Top twenty-five forever.

Beautiful album, in recent times 'In The Aeroplane Over The Sea' has become my favourite track on the album. Can't wait for this world tour next year.
