Yeah, I have a soft spot for these dudes. They were just so awesome! I was soooo obsessed with everything they did up to 2000's "Mutter" and "Sehnsucht" was my fave. "Herzeleid" is also gret.
They are cartoonishly heavy. And it's so fuxking over the top and yet the songs can be so catchy and they mix in some electronic shit ... I just couldn't help but fall in love as a 11-13 year old. I stil find them enjoyable. I used to wake up for school listening to this album and Herzeleid. Amazing! I was always pumped. _________________ -Ryan

Those guys were my heroes back in secondary school and even though I hardly listen to any of their albums anymore, I will always have great memories of them.
Albumwise, I think that Mutter is their indisputable masterpiece, but two of my all-time favourite Rammstein songs are here (Engel and Bück dich). Too bad they would never be this heavy ever again because for me it's those ridiculously heavy repetitive riffs and frontman Till Lindemanns alcohol and cigarette drenched voice that made them great.
