While I disdain Ted Nugent (I can't stand cat scratch fever and my father attempted to get me into him. Something I extremely hate about his tastes is that he absolutely loves Ted Nugent), I always advocate that either listen to both albums or abstain/don't vote. I've seen some comments that people would vote for Monae regardless of not listening to ted nugent (and I'd highly recommend not listening to him, his music is so shitty). I'm against that attitude.
Anyways vote Monae.

I think Janelle Monae is the most overrated artist of the last five years. I just don't see what everybody else does. That said, she's still a damn sight better than Nugent.

Well, I thought the Nooge was awesome. Very powerful guitar playing, thought I'd probably vote for him.
But then I heard ArchAndroid, and it completely blew me away. So many genres combined so masterfully, and on a debut album! I heard Art Rock, Disco, Girl Group, 80's, Jazz, Funk, Swing, Singer-Songwriter, Electronic Metal, and Gospel, all before I even got to Suite III.
Vote to Monae.
