🙁
I currently have The Velvet Underground and Nico playing at full blast. His influence, from VU to his solo works, on music today as we know it will never be forgotten.

😢 This was so unexpected for me. Praise for Lou Reed is not all that surprising anymore, but this is an extremely sad moment in music history. RIP Lou Reed, you will never be forgotten as your music has - and it still is - influential upon many musicians.

I know he was old, but it is so hard for me to believe that Lou Reed is dead. The worst part of this is that his last album was that terrible collaborative album with Metallica. His music was born on a Sunday Morning, he died on a Sunday morning.
