Last days i was in my father's house and he showed me a box full of LPs and he said to me " You will not find this today with that boys and girls making downloads"
That made me think are we in a crisis of sale of CDs and LPs?

My typical method of listening to music is I pay for internet radio/streaming apps. And if I come across something that I really enjoy (either new or classic) I will look for it on vinyl. _________________

There is just a certain romanticism that comes with vinyl. I think it also forces you to appreciate albums in their entirety. Its too easy to skip songs with cds/mp3s, and you'll find other songs, that you might not have given a chance, grow to be your favorites. Between the 3 ppl who live at my house we own hundreds of records so that there is almost never a time when music isn't playing, especially on the weekends.
I'm not sure, I think it just focuses you to be a little more active in the music and not quite as passive. _________________

Generally speaking, I listen to downloaded music, mostly for the convenience. However, I love vinyl. I collect them and I listen to them whenever I can. Something about the experience of vinyl, the sound of the music, the crackle it makes when you put it on, I just love it. _________________ Progressive Rock
