This time of the year where everyone just spills out what the best of the best of the year in every single aspect of life.

If you have to choose one song, that would be the "BEST" which one would it be?
In every aspect, taking into account, well..
- how much did you like it
- how much did the world like it
- musical significance
- or just that song that in 40 years from now your friends will talk "shit that was a great song, much better than the crap we listen today"

the point is, not just to shout out names of songs you personally like but at the end, you stand alone in that choice.

Some of the list I've seen

http://www.spin.com/articles/best-songs-2013/ (when you get to their No. 42 pick you'll just stop, but its a fun surprise)

My vote goes too

Get Lucky

OK, honestly, since it is just November, this may change. I don't know how much play this is getting elsewhere but its NONSTOP here.

Again, that may change, and I really don't know how much it's getting played elsewhere. Also, this, Modern Jesus by Portugal. The Man, and Get Lucky by Daft Punk are the start of a neo-disco movement I'm thinking is going to catch more movement. It may not. I could well be wrong.

Wow! I'll have to check that out! Thanks for the lil rec. I always find I love Drake songs. Like one of my favorite songs on the radio these last few years has been "Take Care"... <3

"Sea of Love" The National

I SEE YOU RUSHIN' NOW
Tell how to reach you

Talk about a showstopper. By no means my favorite song from The National, but far and away one of their best, most memorable tracks. This is a tear-inducing bit of high energy brilliance. Man oh man is this song incredible. Seeing these guys do it live was a plus as well.
