It would be nice to know when a particular album was added (Date Added) to a chart in the same way that other album attributes are presented, i.e. Year of Release, Appears in, Rank Score and so on. As I visit some of the charts that I like, I'd like to know what new entries were added and be able to sort on it (sort by Date Added). I know there is a "New" indication on the chart but you have to look for it among 100 entries.
Alternatively, if it is easier, sorting by the newest entries on top would also suffice.

Keeping track of the date of appearance of albums on a chart seems cool, I'm definitely in favor of it if it's not too complicated to create.

This definitely something that could be added, but new entries are already highlighted beneath each chart in the 'chart changes' section, so you don't need to scan the whole chart to find new additions.

You are right about this. The "problem" is that these changes go away next time you make changes to the chart. It would be nice to have a more permanent record of the changes; maybe add the Date Added column on the chart sorting to see what selections were added to the chart lately.
