When listening to music, doesn't matter if from an iPod, CD player, computer, or radio, what type of headphones/earphones do you use?

I prefer any bulky set of headphones that covers the ear. I don't use tiny ones. Mine are Sentry brand, but I don't know the model number. They sound great; almost as great as those Hershey's headphones. I don't buy thse anymore because they're very expensive yet cheaply made.

I currently use a pair of Philips Citiscape Uptowns. I definitely prefer over ear, closed back headphones, like the Philips, for general music listening, although the portability and convenience of IEM's is definitely appreciated. I power them with a Fiio e10 desktop headphone amp/dac, which does a great job of driving them.

I um ... I don't have good headphones. I have the earbuds from the first iPod shuffle. They never broke so I still use them. When they break I'll treat myself to something good. In the meantime, i'll deal with this ...

Depends on where I'm listening to the music. If I'm at home, I prefer to use my Bose noise-canceling headphones. If I'm at school, walking to classes and all, or whatever I'm doing, I just use regular earbuds that came with my iPhone.

A cheap pair of JVC things for a tenner, I can hear the music through them and they've lasted 8 months so far, to me they're perfect.

Sennheiser HD 280 PRO
http://www.sennheiser.ca/live/senn/produit/en/275/13

Had them for many years now. Plugged into my computer. Eliminate all outside noise when music is playing and they don't leak any sound. Been thinking about upgrading to either Sennheiser Momentum or HD 380 PRO during the next year but hard to justify because the 280s are still as good as new.

I have a pair of Coby headphones that I don't use very often, and some Sony earbuds for when I'm listening to my iPod. I prefer the earbuds because they are comfortable, easy to carry, and replaceable. Because of all the outside noise, especially from the bus engine, I don't pay attention much to sound quality, as long as there's no static. Plus I'm a poor college student so I go cheap.
