A very different animal than BB, very original and thicker sounding band. Tight and groovy, Very cool

this is one of that albums that makes you go "aha" really hard. This is what a lot of the early Beach Boys got their sound from, and it's suddenly clear where Spongebob got its font from.
Favorites: Surf Beat; Miserlou Twist.

Dick Dale is a great player, but this albums disappointing.
