This band has been around for a long time, but this is my first listen to them. They are described in their biography as being a Canadian REM, and I can see some similarities as both bands were making albums in the 1980's. They reminded me more of the band Band Of Horses in that there is a similar content in the songs. This album was pretty much middle of the road rock music but I did like a handful of songs, and considering they have been around so long and I didn't know them, this was an interesting and pleasant listen.
