Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. Some say Crudup only wrote two songs and "some" may be right, but those two songs are great in every variation that Crudup could figure out. I love his voice and spare guitar playing. He's great.
