I'm now in a point where I love every album here almost the same, so the order of this list just reflects *vaguely* the personal importance and general impact of every one of them in my life.

Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).

An eclectic and obviously personal chart, which I appreciate. Blonde on Blonde and Remain in Light are absolutely fantastic selections. I also really like No Other as a top ten pick, as I think "Silver Raven" in particular is a criminally unknown track. I look forward to seeing you continue to expand this chart!

crazy sounds on this list yo! so much classical, insane jazz, psych rock, and electronic genres its overwhelming! (not to mention the various world musics) This is one of the more interesting lists ive seen good job!
