There may not be many entries in this chart. Most of the music I own lives in the 60's, 70's and 80's. Most of my collection is vinyl, I do also have CD's and tapes but do not buy digital downloads. The tactility of a record sleeve with it's cover art is a joy to behold!

I was lucky enough to see the tour of this album ahead of actually buying it. The concert was open air in the grounds of a Chateau in France on 31st July 1994. The whole experience was mesmerising! I originally bought the tape (at the concert I recollect) and have since purchased the CD and the double vinyl. I love this album, it is another stepping stone in the Pink Floyd journey. I found The Wall extremely depressing as is the case with The Final Cut, that isn't to say I don't like those albums. This album however is upbeat and brings with it 'High Hopes'!

If you want a really compilation then I recommend this. The fact that it has five tracks from my favourite Jarre album, Chronologie, makes it special for me.

This is a superb soundtrack album. I love the main synth sound so much I went and bought a GX80! The atmosphere created puts you in the movie. The opener, second track and Rachel's song are personal favourites.
