Rating metrics: Help Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)

This track is rated in the top 2% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 85.4/100, a mean average of 84.7/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 85.5/100. The standard deviation for this track is 11.4.

Pieza de cámara ligera y sutil, muy en línea McCartney, balanceando bien los elementos orquestales y la instrumentación eléctrica. Buena pieza

A very endearing love tune by Paul, written for his Martha, an Old English Sheepdog he owned at the time of recording the White Album. The music hall-inspired piano line with which the song opens, forms the base for the whole track and makes it a real earbug.

Good McCartney song. That's about everything I have to say about this. If I would write more about it, only "average Mc Cartney song" would remain in this comment.

I feel like Paul would have been happy just writing these kind of songs.

One of those songs that, in my mind, shows McCartney could write tighter melodies than Lennon, at least on this album

This a brilliant example of one of Paul McCartney's character songs. McCartney puts himself in the guise of an upper class MP, or at least something like that, to bring us this sweet and jaunty little old time number. Perfect in between John Lennon's darker and more introspective songs either side of this one on the album, it's another example of just how diverse and eclectic the White album actually is. Martha, by the way, was the name of McCartney's sheepdog.
