In 1994 I heard Poi Dog Pondering cover this song in concert. I loved it but thought it was a Poi Dog song and was then frustrated when I could not find it on any of their albums. I imagined it was something they had written and then decided not to record! To my great surprise and relief I finally heard the Waterboys' version on a mix made by a friend about 25 years later! Magical to be reunited with this song. I love it so much.
