Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 92.6/100, a mean average of 90.6/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 92.9/100. The standard deviation for this track is 16.0.

The centerpiece of the album. Employing a similar formula from Get Innocuous!, just delivered at a breakneck pace which still manages to be serene and soothing. Partner that with earnest and poignant lyrics, you end up with a modern classic of the genre.

I might need a few more goes at this one. I hear poignant lyrics, but I also hear the same note on repeat the whole way through. I cannot see why this is rated so highly.
Best dance song, and quite possibly song overall, of the Noughties
Great comments and observations below. Nothing to add. This is a superb track
That piano is the one of the best ways to make something repetitive, so good. It just builds and builds, and it's so powerful.
Definitely a grower, but once you get it, you will never get tired of this song.
One of the greatest songs ever written. There's just something about that damn repetitive keyboard playing, the repetitive drum beat, and James Murphy singing about spending time with your friends that just makes for something incredible. I can't describe it, it's just so good.
Great

Such a beautiful song. James Murphy is a genius.
Deserves all the praise it receives
