Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 91.7/100, a mean average of 90.3/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 92.2/100. The standard deviation for this track is 14.4.

While Guitars Weep, this is the epitome of Six Strings Canon!
Listen to Green Grass & High Tides by The Outlaws, then decide whether this track should be so highly rated!
This is one of those cases where a song becomes so overrated that it ends up becoming underrated again
I don't care how overplayed it is, it remains, and will always be, one of the greatest rock anthems of all time. Even when I don't care to hear it yet again, I still know this is the pinnacle.
It's a great track but I prefer 'That Smell', the guitar solos are better!
My God. It's almost too awesome.
Classic rock track. It's amazing taken as a whole but if you took the guitar solo away, the actual song would probably be nothing more than an okay. Still, the guitar solo does exist and, free bird, is a brilliant track, and as always with Skynyrd, there is so much feel to it. Superb.
Uno de los mejores solos de la historia
Underated on this site.. Should be in top 20 best songs easily!!
That guitar solo... Oh my fucking God.
