Bowies Sabbath song?
This is wacky awesomeness! It may sound like it's out of key - but quite deliberately done and the off-kilter nature of the melody suits the lyrical content. And while the rhythm sounds like a maelstrom, it is in fact very skillfully brought back in tight on the riff to conclude.
