Yep, the time signature is a very uniquely phrased 6/8. The discipline showed by Lee Harris here is akin to that of Tony Williams on Miles Davis's In A Silent Way.
Hard to tell which is the best track of the album. This one could be it for me.

I agree with Goodsir. Very calm and groovy song. The title reflects it perfectly. Just imagine sitting on cool, soft grass on a cool, clear day in a park or something. The highlight of this album.
I don't know if there is a heaven, but if there is, this is what it sounds like.
