One of Dennis’ very best Beach Boys tracks. Underrated score-wise on this site.
I love the steamboat percussion sound effects. I also love songs (like train in vain or jive talking) that invoke feelings of a specific type of locomotion, in this case riding on a rollicking steamboat down the river.
