What a great single from this amazing album ! Bowie's singing is very intricate, yet easy to remember.

The thing that stands out for me on Sound and Vision is it wonderfully, thoroughly emphasised order. Everything is lined up, correctly placed and fits like a glove.

And then Bowie sings around all that. Sometimes working with the music and other times breaking the pattern.

The composition is a metaphor in itself...like, how do you manage to do that? Who else has ever done that?
