One of the most brilliant of all Beatles b-sides. Rain, is a superb creation, all drony vocals and backwards guitars, it's one of the first of the fab four's so called psychedelic tracks. Recorded at the celebrated Revolver sessions it just goes to show how innovative and consistent the band were at this point that they could leave this song of the album. Rain is also the blueprint for almost every Oasis track ever recorded, but not one of them in the same class as this classic track.
