For me this is just the gold standard. Simply the greatest song ever written, and the performance here is just timeless. He credits the lyrics partly to the Heavens. And that is warranted.

If I made this song, I would brag all the time about it, perfect song, probably in my top time of all time.
Discovered it way before I became familiar with pop music through Donnie Darko... Never fails to amuse me.
