Rating metrics:
Outliers can be removed when calculating a mean average to dampen the effects of ratings outside the normal distribution. This figure is provided as the trimmed mean. A high standard deviation can be legitimate, but can sometimes indicate 'gaming' is occurring. Consider a simplified example* of an item receiving ratings of 100, 50, & 0. The mean average rating would be 50. However, ratings of 55, 50 & 45 could also result in the same average. The second average might be more trusted because there is more consensus around a particular rating (a lower deviation).
(*In practice, some tracks can have several thousand ratings)
This track is rated in the top 1% of all tracks on BestEverAlbums.com. This track has a Bayesian average rating of 91.7/100, a mean average of 91.0/100, and a trimmed mean (excluding outliers) of 92.1/100. The standard deviation for this track is 13.0.

There's not a good adjective to describe how amazing this track is. Beyond beautiful.
It's hard to put into words how astonishing that chorus is. A deluge of emotions and pure sound power that smacks you in the face like a cannon ball.
We don't deserve music this good.
My favorite Slowdive song and one of my favorite tracks of all time. Pulsates back and forth between a beautiful dream of a verse and an absolute blistering heaven of a chorus.
It manages to straddle the line between rock accessibility and pure atmospheric energy perfectly, perhaps more so than any other Slowdive cut.
So cute and dreamy, i don't know if feel happy or be sad, but it's a song that would take you "there".
My second favorite after Machine Gun, a very pleasant reprieve after the layered chaos after Souvlaki Space Station.
Very nice
As perfect as you can get probably, I just think it fades out too quickly though.
Always think of it as the best song ever.
because of a dream i had
brilliant tune
Good song, again.
