Blue is an album loaded with world class, time-tested songwriting. But.. I don’t know, friends.. this might just be the best of it.
Joni uses a hell of a double entendre to convey yet another conflicted set of feelings. The chorus is one of her peaks as a singer and songwriter.
Even though all songs are great, but this one is my favorite of the album.
