Hallowed Be Thy Name is Iron Maiden in essence. Brilliant, frenetic guitar harmony work, charging bass and drums that together pummel the accent notes, and of course one of rock’s great voices telling a tale so foreboding and grand.
This song is Maiden’s opus and masterpiece as well as one of metal’s great album closers.
Bigger than life.

Iron Maiden's best song. One of the top handful of Heavy Metal songs ever. Artistic genius on display here in both the composition and the execution.

Will always be in the running for greatest heavy metal song of all time. Not much more to say. An absolute epic. Incredible solos, vocals, bass playing, drumming, you name it.
