But ya I think Squishy is right. Repetitiveness is only annoying to someone who doesn't like the sound anyways. Repitition in itself isn't a bad thing.
To my knowledge one of the first bands that started repetition in their songs is Soft Machine
After split up Kevin Ayers did the same on his solo albums , one of the finest examples is
Stop this train and let me out last track on the Shooting for the Moon album (with lady Rachel as small hit on it)
Ayers did it on almost every album he made except from Sweet Deceiver, I like him a lot dont know if he still produces music

"Stop this train" is on [i]Joy of a toy[/i], his solo debut.
