Always a kind of childhood magic with the way he approaches life. Kind and optimistic, and, though I can't claim to know what Brandon does in his free time, I imagine he's rescued a princess or two, and probably fallen in love with at least one


Jake the Dog = Necharsian

Can adapt to any situation. Can be friendly and a purveyor of good advice mere minutes after having been (beautifully) sarcastic. Can be confrontational if need be, but generally a laid back and overall cool guy who likes to party


Princess Bubblegum = Saoirse

Has nothing but love for her citizens of the Candy Kingdom of BEA. Just as intelligent as she is compassionate


Marceline the Vampire Queen = Jackwc

For all the surface animosity (usually presenting itself in the form of sarcasm and/or trolling), she's actually really cool and pretty easy to get along with. Even when she's being condescending she always manages to provide something valuable to the conversation

He's been around for quite awhile, and would probably still be here with us providing with years of wisdom and openness had he not been completely insane. He captured every thread in the politics & religion forum 1 princess at a time. Really not at a bad guy at his core. At his center he's just a lonely old man, and we'd probably have more sympathy for him if that center wasn't layered with piles and piles of crazy. Though crazy as he is, he always manages to pull out a witty comeback every now and then


Earl of Lemongrab = GARY

Keeping on the subject of arguably well-intentioned but crazy, how about this guy. I don't even need to say anything; that picture says it all. Thing's a fucking portrait of the man we once knew as GARY


Choose Goose = an_outlaw

Always seems to speak in riddles, and sure his personality takes a little getting used to, but once you do get used to it, you realize that his unique brand of quirkiness is essential to the proper functioning of the forums of Ooo

Perhaps there is a certain nativity about her, and sure she can occasionally fire up some unintentional shit-storms, but she's really just a smart and well-intentioned kid who just wants to get the most out of life


Hunson Abadeer = MrFrogger

This man can learn from his mistakes and become a better person as a result. He may have come here initially attempting to consume our souls, but he has since become one of the more open-minded forum members; laid back with no intention of soul-sucking. Gets too much hate for his earlier actions. See how he's not trying to kill you?

One of the wisest and most intelligent users to ever grace the forums. His brain is a treasure trove of infinite wisdom and album recommendations. On top of that, he's just a great guy overall, and I'm sure he would even sacrifice his immortality if it meant retrieving an innocent dog from the 37th Dead World. That's how cool he is

Totally chill (ironically) and never has a beef with anyone. Just hands around being nothing but that awesome guy that everyone gets along with. Which isn't to say he's just some cool guy who does nothing; nah this dude knows a shit-ton about a shit-ton, and if the plot requires his presence, just turn over a rock and there he is to cast heat shield on ya. Whata guy

The unsung hero of the forums of Ooo! (Well maybe not all that "unsung", considering we did vote him as the best). But regardless, this man has been bringing light and justice to all corners of the forums long before any of his heroic successors had even found their way into Ooo.

The Cosmic Owl = Romanelli

The grand arbiter of the forums of Ooo. He is inherently a good entity, who does more behind-the-scenes work to help maintain this site than any of us save AM. If your behavior on Ooo proves to be detrimental to its other inhabitants, he can provide you advice and a warning in the form of a premonition dream. If such behavior continues, you will receive a croak dream, and subsequently be taken to the 9th Dead World

Arguably one of the most powerful entities in or outside of Ooo, yet still manages to be unarguably one of the most chill


Gunter = SilverWalrus

Doesn't say a hell of a lot but what he does say is usually fairly profound or at least interesting. Can't help but feel he has secret aspirations for world domination


James Baxter = Puncture Repair

It is literally impossible to dislike this guy. Always bring something to the forums, and that something can be anything ranging from him simply being the cool/friendly guy that he is to providing invaluable insights about whatever happens to be the topic at hand

Ah sure his position of power and authority might make him seem scary to a newcomer, but when this guy doesn't have a beef with some asshole, he likes to party just as much as the rest of us mortals. Way more chill than one would expect at first


Jake Jr. = purple (ppnw)

A frequent stream of superior intelligence and wisdom accentuated by moments of carefully crafted sarcasm and condescension. Can appear apathetic or even dickish on the surface, but in the end is always level-headed, helpful, and just awesome in general


Joshua = Norman Bates

Very wise, and happily passes his wisdom down to his children, making him something of a father figure. This isn't to say he doesn't have the same sense of freedom and fun that his children do. Hell where do you think they got it?

Sure he may act a bit childish for his age, and yeah sure he can unintentionally cause a bit of chaos every now and then, but he's still a fundamentally nice and well-intentioned guy. Too much hate for this fellow

One of Ooo's most wise and helpful entities. Always seems in tune with whatever is the state of things, keeping him one step ahead of most of the rest of his peers. A genuinely kind and caring guy, but also well versed in dark magic. He doesn't use these skills for evil, but he could totally rip the flesh from your bones by sheer force of will if he so desired (#nezzled), and somehow make it hilarious for anyone watching. Just don't be an asshole and he's cool with you

If I had to choose the attitude, or aura if you will, I emitted, kind and optimistic childhood magic would be my first choice, so I'm glad to hear you see me that way.

I don't think Ice King is a very good Naples, he has far too much personality. Personally I'd cast GARY as Ice King and Lemongrab as Naples, considering Lemongrab's obsession with some bizarre conformity.

(Although if we're going to include minor characters, GARY is really just 100% Donny)
