None other than the late, great Mr. Waylon Arnold Jennings. King of the outlaws, master of the country baritone, and, despite having recorded more than his share of complete and utter shite, probably the most interesting singer in the history of music. Elvis was the King, Bruce was the Boss, Clapton was God, but Waylon...is Waylon.

And yeah. I sport one too.

I guess I just assumed he was one of those Australian artists that everyone knew. I definitely consider him our one single legendary artist who we could hold up to the international community and say "Hey! this is what we've contributed"...yep he is amazing.

Never heard of the show or recognize any of the characters, but it does look interesting. This has been a thoroughly enjoyable read from start to finish (great idea Jerry (new nickname!)) but this particular one made me laugh out loud. Good job.
