Has anyone else noticed that Sufjan's "Out of Egypt, in the Great Laugh of Mankind, and I shake the dirt from my sandals as I run" from Illinoise sounds a lot like Music for 18 Musicians?

A lot of Sufjan Steven's work was clearly influenced by Steve Reich.
Just listen to Michigan.
