Even if you discount Free Bird, this is still a knockout album.

lol I've never heard Free Bird, don't know a single note from it. Is it a good song?

If you like guitar soloing, then yes.

I'm glad I barely ever heard Free Bird before the album, means it was never tainted by overplaying.

I think that having a song that is considered one of history's most overplayed is kind of an accomplishment in itself. Perhaps not something to strive for, but impressive nevertheless.
