Inconsistent for sure, but the highs are extremely high. Not nearly on the level of Siamese Dream or Mellon Collie, but still a very good album. The last Smashing Pumpkins album I really like. Favorite tracks: The Tale Of Dusty And Pistol Pete, To Sheila, Ava Adore, Tear, For Martha.
