Nope. Blonde on blonde alone trumps those 3 in quality. Pet Sounds almost does. Also in terms of influence, Pet Sounds beats all of them. If Screamadelica had been released on the same day I could see it.
On terms of how important or influential the albums are (both totally arbitrary and impossible to really measure) it goes
Pet Sounds > Nevermind >>Blonde on Blonde >>>>The Low End Theory >> Blood Sugar Sex Magik.

And yeah, this will not change very fast. You'll note I granted much importance to Nevermind. Even ranked it above Blonde on blonde in terms of my concept of how influential it is/was. And I have Nevermind on my chart, so I understand the love.

Nevermind, Blood Sugar Sex Magik, and The Low End Theory, at least, though there may be more. Screamadelica came out just one day before, unfortunately.
That's two great albums and one decent album against a great album and a masterpiece.
