If I hate an album, I'll make sure I finish it so I can give it a bad rating whilst honestly knowing I've heard it from start to finish.

An negative educated opinion is worth it's weight far more than a fake positive opinion.

I like to spend my time listening to things i like. If im not into an album i see no reason to finish it just for the sake of having a fuller opinion on it.

Jeff Buckley, Grace. I've tried but I just... can't... do it.

In general, I make myself finish an album even if I hate it, but occasionally I'll stop something if I'm not feeling it within the first song or two.

First I started to listen to Grace, I though it's kinda boring, then I had something to do so I didn't finished listening to it.
The second time, something clicked in after a few songs and I think now it is a wonderful album. I should re-listen it again soon.

Anyway, albums like Metal Machine Music or Two Virgins vol. 2 - Life with the lions are albumss I never finished.

Maybe I'll give Grace another shot sometime.

On the other hand, I have actually listened to the entirety of Metal Machine Music.

I've added another album to the list: Melody A.M. I didn't hate it, but the reason I didn't finish it is because I had a bad headache and I thought it'd help me...in hindsight I should've known that it wasn't going to help 🫢 .

I've never finished The Low End Theory by A Tribe Called Quest. I should listen to it sometime.
