I really can't stand him, it just seems like he's taking his obvious influences, and channeling them into formulaic modern "Indie" music, for teenage girls to listen to and feel some sort of satisfaction. Just my opinion though.

If you play his records backwards, it sounds like free jazz with cool ambient electronic elements.
But in all seriousness I understand its just your opinion. And I see your perspective. I think he's really cool. Love both his records. Nothing super great, but still I guess I relate to him.
