Am I the only one who gets annoyed by Wayne Coyne's voice?
i considered it as one of the best ever ! so melancholic and suits perfectely their music ! you probably don't like mercury rev too
I only heard one song by Mercury Rev (Chasing a bee) and I liked it (so I didn't really mind the singers voice).. Dunno I also had a lot of problem getting into Arcade Fire's music because of the singer, but then got used of it somehow and now I have Funeral in my chart.. So maybe I should just listen to them more.. But for now I just find him annoying, I would rate Spoonful Weighs a Ton as one of my favourite songs (ie top 100) if not for him, cause it's a fantastic song instrumentally
Do You Realize how great The Flaming Lips really are? and that Elvis Costello's talent is Beyond Belief? but BEA obviously don't want to pay Lip Service to Elvis Costello but clearly The Flaming Lips have a good chance to Race For The Prize.
