Also if you have any ideas of custom charts you would like to see me try, please give me some suggestions. I should have hundreds of album recs ready to give if only I had the vehicle to give them. So if you're interested feel free to say here or on pm. |
We always want to see your new charts, you never need our permission. Just let it blossom from the whims of the Kiki.
Also thinking of making a companion piece chart called "This Chart is so Ambiguously Gay", mainly with a lot of more white men with guitars where the songs have a lot of overlong guitar solos that go drip, drip, drip right at the very end. |
Okay I will make best chart I have made ๐ I know I am one of best and I should be happy

Updated my 2015 chart, and took the unusual (for me) step of actually shortening it, whittling it down to fifty albums that I really think are all sorts of fantastic. I could list one hundred very good records, but there's something quite satisfying about having a smaller list of things I would strongly recommend to just about anybody. Also, as we're almost halfway through the year, here's hoping I find another fifty records that are this great between now and December 31st. Check it out here. _________________ 2021 in full effect. Come drop me some recs. Y'all know what I like.

Soundtrack to the Night by sp4cetiger
The soundtrack to my late nights. I've been putting this chart together for over a year, so these albums were not selected capriciously. I often stay up late after my wife has gone to sleep, playing music that will soothe me and not disturb her. I could easily have filled it with slowcore or soft ambient, but much like my own listening habits, it aims for diversity. Even if you don't associate this music directly with the night, there's a unifying aesthetic that may be useful to you.
