Hi Best Ever Albums members! FatalIn10sity here. I listen to tons of music, but who here doesn't? I mainly listen to metal and rock but I do listen to other genres. I wanted to join so I can learn more about music, expand on the music that I listen to and maybe help others in their own musical journey.

Yes, I should get on the making of a chart.
It is hard to say what my favorite sub-genres of metal/rock are. I would assume that my chart would, as far as metal/rock comes, would include more melodic death metal and core type bands than any other metal/rock sub-genres, but I am not certain even of that.

Welcome, FatalIn10sity. I need to expand my appreciation of metal. The last couple weeks I've been going through the Earache catalog on Spotify and enjoying quite a bit of it.

@PatrickD Nice to have another person on here that likes extreme metal. Earache has been a very good label for 25+ years. Although I am not a fan of the Satanic and just straight up foul bands that have been on the label. Earache used to sponsor, now retired, MMA fighter Dan Hardy in the UFC. I don't know if you would like to join the Best Ever Label Tournament, but if you do Earache is available. Anyways, thanks for the welcome!

AC were a band that just took the filth way, way overboard. They wanted to offend and that is what they did. There is a reason as to why we are only referring to the band as AC and not the band's actual name. I know that it was all in a humorous way (for the most part), but I've just never found it appealing.
